Framed

Started to get warm at 6am on the morning dog walk. 

Quick trip to town.  The health food shop had run out of ice cream.  By they time I arrived home at 10am i was sweltering.  Poured myself a glass of chilled water from the fridge and enjoyed the cool of indoors. 

I've just relaxed indoors today.  Forecast is for a 'warm and muggy' night and another hot day tomorrow.  Not much will get done.
