Wheat Grass Harvest

There are enormous wheat grass fields across the road from my mailbox that are being harvested. When I went to shoot this large machine, the farmer approached me and asked what I was doing. I told him that I was just a hobbyist photographer and asked if he wanted to be in the photo. His answer was so funny. He said that he is in the witness protection program and can't be photographed.
We got to talking, and he told me that the wheatgrass is hay that will be sold to the local Amish for livestock bedding during the winter.
The NH1069 was manufactured from 1977 to 1988. It must be a quality machine to still be in use.
