The Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond

We set off for Glasgow this morning to join in a family wedding anniversary. We took a picnic lunch with the intention of stopping at the head of Loch Lomond, but when we arrived at the Inveruglas car park it was to find that the shop and facilities were closed and the car park all dug up - apparently an update of the sewage facilities was under way! In the middle of the tourist season? So we had a quick lunch with a view of the loch and carried on. My Blip today shows the Sloy power station and the extra is the view down Loch Lomond.

We had a lovely afternoon and evening with the family and stayed for the night with MrsM's brother. Unfortunately his computer failed to recognise my camera, so I was unable to Blip until I came home the following day!
