Haar

……………………….stopped play! It rolled in as the tide went out and stayed until the tide came in again.

An early start to get the wee one and his Dad to a birthday party, stopped off on my way home to briefly say hello to my friend E who was heading off on a trip in her little camper van. As I headed back to the coast you could see the haar rolling in which obliterated the sun for most of the day. A load of washing done and hung out and a pizza cooked in readiness for the wee one coming back. A little weeding done along the side of the house, not perfect but looking tidier.

The wee one arrived back shortly after 3…the intention was to go to the beach for a picnic but that was soon scrapped and we had a picky tea indoors. I did get a few odd minutes of peace sitting in the garden when the sun made an appearance but there were many interruptions!

I have managed to ascertain tonight that my driving licence has been renewed it would have been nice to have it before the current one runs out tomorrow but at least I now won’t need to change the car insurance.
