Today has been very wearing…he woke at 6am and had a paddy because I hadn’t taken his iPad upstairs last night and I refused to go and get it! Finally persuaded him it wasn’t time to get up and he went back to sleep until about 8 which was a bit of a result. Once up we had one of those mornings where he refused to cooperate and would do nothing for himself…he was tired and belligerent, I was tired and grumpy…not a good combination! 

There was an RNLI fundraiser on at the church along the road this afternoon so we popped along for a little while, I got a couple of plants - he got to play on the bouncy castle, go in the fire engine and use the porta loo! Once home he asked if he could have a butter sandwich if I had any…sometimes he’s very easy to please! I eventually got him home about 4pm, though it was a struggle to get him into the car as he didn’t want to leave at that point. I’m looking forward to my bed tonight!
