Buzzard

The daughter brought granddaughter Amelia to us early afternoon to babysit overnight.  She's off to a The Sterophonics concer in Cardiff (UK) tonight with her brother and their partners and won't be back until late.

With the temperature touching 34C and very humid, Amelia made us work hard taking her to Newent Lake (Gloucestershire) and then to Ross on Wye so she could paddle in the River Wye (see extra) 

This evening it had cooled enough for us to go on the rear patio to enjoy a bit of a breeze. As the sun was going down, the Buzzard was spotted in our meadow field and a quick run for the camera got me a shot before it flew off. Lovely to see.
