Living on the Edge

The last couple of evenings have provided lots of opportunities to see wee guillemots (aka jumplings) pluck up the courage to jump from the cliffs around Sumburgh Head into the water below. Last night it was too dark to get decent pictures, so we went out an hour earlier this evening.

This wee chap is probably, as I type, paddling his way (with his Dad) towards Norway.
