Some of the Royal Navy ships are refitted or repaired here. It is difficult to describe how big some of them are, but in the extra, which is the front of the ship in the main image, there is a ‘normal size’ fork lift truck towards the bottom right of the image. We were passing the dockyard on our walk to Pendennis Castle.
