Happy Sunday…!!!

Literally for the day….and because it’s one of the sunniest days we’ve had in Ireland (and hottest) in years…!

I’ve been missing off Blip over the last week as I’ve not been in the greatest shape….I had a cancellation appointment with my dentist on fri 5/7 for the tooth problem …it was sorted but unfortunately caused one of the worst flare ups of horrendous pain and discomfort that I’ve experienced in a long time ….was back with the dentist on Tuesday but everything in that area was ok…no infection …inflammation and swollen lymph nodes so conclusion was Fibromyalgia flare up…prescribed some strong anti inflammatory…so with a strong ‘cocktail’ of drugs over the week today is the first day I feel anyway like myself and ok..!
All this happened over my birthday weekend….which I had several things long planned…luckily I struggled thru’ and enjoyed as best I could..!!
Only being able to eat very soft was a challenge as I love my food!!

Anyway hope all Blip people are well and enjoying this incredible weather if you’re having it…!
So very,  very unusual for us..!
