Birthday Week

Today we have been to visit Jeri and family and the girls have given me birthday presents! My birthday isn't until Wednesday, but it is my birthday week... 

We had barbecue again and the vegan selection was excellent! 

This dragon birthday cake is the piece de resistance. I've not had any yet but I'll be taking some home so I can freeze some and have rations of it. My consultant said that I don't have to be 100% strict all the time... Which is music to my ears...
