Scoop him up

Checked on little one when we went to bed and he seemed fine with a light sheet over him and a breeze coming through the window outside his room. I woke around three and even though the monitor was on and was quiet thought I would check on him. Nowhere to be seen on the bed so I went into the room to find him asleep on the rug with his toy dog. I scooped him up and put him back on the bed where he stayed until just gone seven.
He was picked up just before lunch.
Sainsburys shop was really good as it was so cool.
Relaxing afternoon with my book and a bit of paperwork before making dinner.
Researching pet insurance for Hetty and can’t believe the difference in prices. Her current policy will go up by £10 a month, so not staying with them.
Bought myself flowers as we are going to be home this week so will enjoy seeing them in the kitchen.
