Out on the bike again first thing. An easier route than yesterday but my legs were certainly feeling it by the time I got home - obviously more rides needed!

After a quick recovery though it was down to Stockbridge to have a walk to The Botanics for the Linder exhibition at Inverleith House. There may also have been some ice-cream and sitting in the sun involved. 

And then after coffee back in Stockbridge my partner suggested tea out by heading down to Newhaven for some of those ever-excellent fish suppers from Fishmarket. We scoffed our food, we read our books on a bench looking over the water, and all was well with the world.
