I told Mish that her sister was coming today. She cocked her head when I mentioned my daughter's name. She's with her new best koala toy. She loves it and treats it very gently. 

It was lovely to hear what a great time the family had in Gerald Durrell country on Corfu and to catch up on our news.

I photographed the red underwing moth in the kitchen this morning. The small skipper on the thistle is as worn as yesterday's small copper. A wasp was enjoying a thistle too.
