Tractor parade….

Another scorcher today.
Mrs F and I headed off to Dalkeith Show. Luckily I didn’t need to steward any sheep classes this year as still on recovery mode.
Saw a few folk , watched the cattle judging and some of the main ring entertainment.
This was one of the vintage tractors in the parade. This Case 956 XL was like the first Case tractor we ever had. In its day it was a great tractor . 6 cylinder , 95 hp, no electronics, no AdBlue , a cab well ahead of its time. And 95 hp was a decent size then in the mid 80’s . Now it would be a wee tractor. I wish I still had mine.
Back home by 3 pm . Both kids home for the night . We were all asked out to one of my contractors for food and drink. Luckily Mrs F was driving as I’m still not 100% ,so took advantage ! A good night had by all.
