Busy bee

Another beautiful day. Early walk with Ella, breakfast in the garden, sewing. Swim in the sea - the current was at its peak so i swam for twenty minutes, staying in exactly the same place. Tracy had arrived by the time I finished and we had a lovely hour of catch up on the sunny, busy beach. Made a chicken pie, watched the excellent men's final - super that was!
