Sunday: Back To Osterley

We discovered yesterday that one of the pleasanter places to be in the heat was in the shade at Osterley Park’s café so we went back there today to repeat the experience.  We had a wonderfully shady spot under a fig tree and enjoyed an iced coffee and a bit of a breeze.

On the way out we stopped off at the second hand bookshop at Osterley House.  K was went to the till to purchase a book but as the cover was falling off and it looked like it had been dropped in the path they let her have it for free so that’s a result!

Tennis final in the afternoon which was definitely more interesting than yesterday’s match.
