Height advantage

I am fortunate to have a tall friend who likes to be up and out early.

Yvonne likes to pack her day with activities so the chance to fit a walk and swim in before she volunteers at junior parkrun was welcomed.

We walked along the SeaWall at Tollesbury finding some cherries to eat before swimming in the salt pool.  I had made a seedy loaf but we didn't have time for a breakfast picnic afterwards today.
