Silver Wash

A steady 1st day off work and with some nice sunny weather we decided to venture to Chambers wood  to search out butterflies .Sadly no Purple emperor or white admirals but we did see a few Silver washed fritillary and I managed a few shots including this one casting a shadow we was also lucky enough to find a holly blue see extra .

Back home for a spot of lunch and then we took Minstrel to the vets for a weight check to make sure we got the right strength flea protection . He didn't enjoy the journey  once back home we then got ready to do the weekly shop and a relaxed evening is planned
