Up On Moor
The North York Moor.
We took a trip out in the camper/day van up onto the western side of the North York Moor. Our route took in Osmotherley, Snilesworth, Hawnby, Rievaulx Abbey, Helmsley, Sutton Bank, Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe then a stop at a garden centre in Thirsk.
We have added another salvia and two more herbs to our collection.
This afternoon I spent some time in the garage making more work units to house pending machinery I am getting. My new set up will be on wheels so that I can move things about as and when I need the machines.
My Blip is of Hawnby Hill. It is the first time I have noticed the isolated farmhouse. The village of Hawnby is on the other side of the hill, the route from the farmhouse to the village isn't an easy one.
