Glendale Village Square

It was a day of frequent showers, some quite heavy, interspersed with brief sunny intervals. I was home in the morning, doing some jobs and my Duolingo. R was,out for his monthly “lunch with the lads”. When he got back we both went to the GE fitness center for a swim. When we left the house it was raining quite hard, but when we came back the sun had reappeared, and it remained a pleasant evening, but we have more rain forecast overnight and again tomorrow afternoon. Before returning home, we took a little drive through the adjacent neighbourhood of Glendale, a beautiful area of historic homes, and I took this photo of the Village Square. The building to the left of my blip is the old railway depot, now a museum of local history. To the right is a row of shops.
