Ms. Crow stops by for a drink

This is one of our resident crows. A pair of them come around multiple times a day hoping for a handout. I think they are responsible for some of my veggie starts disappearing. That's what I get for feeding them for a year, which I had to abruptly stop for a hospital stay. That was pre-pandemic, so even six years later, they hold out hope.

They have a nest in one of the trees behind us. I think they had a baby or two, but I don't think they made it to fledge.
