Status : Queen.

Patron Saint of Queens and a United Europe.

Born 1373/4 in Hungary. Died 17th July 1399.

St Hedwig was only 25 years old when she died but is remembered as a virtuous peace maker, mother, and holy, merciful Queen.

Today is 21. 9c and quite still and close.

The Gerbera in the photo was rescued from certain demolition by slugs, after they all appeared following heavy rain. The yellow and orange gerberas are recovering in the greenhouse.

I have done the washing and drying and now to tackle some dusting and polishing.

Then some reading until Escape to the Country starts.

Have a good afternoon blip Frank thank you for dropping by today.
