Now that's ...

... a mouthful!

In order to beat the hot, sticky weather today we got out early for our walk. Thankfully there was a nice breeze at Housenick Memorial Park which made the walk more pleasant.

During our walk we encountered some young children having fun in the creek.  They were part of a day camp that's nearby.  I thought my picture was going to be a young boy very smartly dressed ... complete with a captain's hat!  But then on the way out we saw this lovely white-tailed doe enjoying the green apples.  I know that her parents won't be upset with me posting her picture.  But the same wouldn't be necessarily true of the young boy's parents!
