Silver Lime/Linden

I enjoyed studying this tree on my way home from a trip to the local coffee shop/roastery - Echo 3.
It is called Silver Lime in the UK and Silver Linden in the US
Anyway, a very attractive tree.

We had walked into Darlington to buy some more of that cheese that we all liked so much - “White Hilton”, from the local Cheese and Wine shop next door to the coffee shop. However, that particular cheese had all gone, so we tried another cheese made by the same dairy - “Doris”, which was equally delicious.

David and I watched another episode of “The Last of Us - Season 2” until Kevin got home from work, then we went out for a drink at the local watering hole - “Twenty 2”. We chatted with some friendly Darlingtonians and wandered home for dinner.

David was the “in-house chef” today, and cooked a delicious Thai Green Curry.

I did a bit more pruning in the garden until we retired for a companiable evening blipping, and watching snippets of Monty Python sketches.
