Oak Island boat tour

A very interesting tour. The operator is knowledgeable about the area and had many stories to tell. He lives in the area and is part of the TV show, The Curse of Oak Island. They were filming a new show today, but we were not close enough to see anything. The pink flags that you can see in the photo is where artifacts have been found using a metal detector.

The morning started out foggy but by the time we left the fog had rolled out over the ocean and the skies started to clear. While we were on the boat the temperature was quite comfortable. When we got back to land, I noticed the humidity.

An early start tomorrow, I need to leave by 7 am. The cruise on the Bluenose should be interesting too.
