Foggy (Day 3726)
After taking Sigyn for a foggy wander this morning, I headed into town, collected some bits and made my way to the job I couldn't get to yesterday. As I suspected from the customer's description, the undersink water heater had started to leak. Luckily for them the leak started before they went on holiday rather than while they were away.
Typically there isn't a direct replacement for the old unit, so I spent most of the morning fitting the new unit and re-piping everything in the cupboard.
Back home to change, then off out with Sigyn to Wasdale. It was still a little foggy and a good bit cooler than yesterday which was a pleasant change.
After lunch at home I headed for the horses, and got out on George again. He had his extra speedy feet on today and was lots of fun to ride. I think he enjoyed the cooler air and the stiff breeze which kept the flies away. Despite the fog I still like the view.
Sigyn and I await the return of my beautiful wife from her adventures south
