Wet, at last
it was raining first thing but not too bad. I had to go into town to visit our photography exhibition at the Higgins Museum and dragged JJ along with me.
The presentation of the exhibition is spot on, perfect lighting and well spaced out. Naturally there weren’t a huge amount of visitors because of the weather but hopefully it will pick up over the next couple of months. Quite pleased with my contribution.
It was hammering it down when we set off back across town to where I’d parked and my trousers were soaked up to my knees but our umbrellas kept our top halves dry.
This afternoon the family have been over and it had stopped raining. Liam wanted to chip a few balls on the playing field and Luke wanted to take pictures of butterflies. What he’d forgotten was that his camera batteries needed charging so we had tea and cakes whilst one battery got a short charge.
