Douglas
Mum and dad were stopping by for a brief visit en-route to more northerly climes today. I had the day off for the Glasgow fayre, so they arrived around lunchtime. We had a trip out to Douglas so they could get a sausage roll for lunch, followed by a wee wander around the estate. It's a very pretty estate and we think we saw a grebe as well as some other waterfowl and flowers.
Back home, mum and P spent a while watching the house martins - I enjoy hearing them chitter and I think the chicks might be fledging. See mum's blip for them in action!
