Busy Dat

For much of the day I attended a couple of workshops at the Gracefield Arts Centre, as part of the Art Journal Project that I am participating in. We made clay figurines as well as being very creative with bits of paper. It was a really fun-filled day. 
In between I had to dash out to take photos of an event my husband was part of. In his capacity as Depute Lord Lieutenant, he was unveiling a commemorative stone at the Remembrance Gardens. The stone is in memory of the Kings Own Scottish Borderers. Despite the rain, all went well. The piper was brilliant was fantastic.
I then headed back to the afternoon part of the art workshop. Back home we had a relaxing dinner and then I managed to get Max out for his evening walk before the heavens opened!
