Cancelled

I had plans for this afternoon, but the heavens opened just as I emerged from my shower after Parkrun.

I had to come up with an alternative. I spent some time planning a mini-holiday for September and made one of those summer soups - no dill in the house, and I was not going out in the deluge to buy some, so gazpacho it had to be. 

It is now chilling and maturing in the fridge alongside tomorrow's breakfast. 

I did my Parkrun at Kirkcaldy again, and I was a little quicker than last week. More importantly, no adverse reaction from my leg. I realise I have jinxed it now. I Blipped the start area, with everyone hanging on the words of the run director, but wishing he could be quiet and get us going before the rain arrived.
