Just a typical Sunday - lots of chores waiting to be tackled and lots of chores now dealt with. Plenty left, of course. 

I wonder what the rest of the week will bring? If it all goes according to plan, it will be varied and busy. 

Today's highlight is an easy choice - the gazpacho I made last night. How can something so ridiculously easy to make taste so ridiculously good? It gets Blipped, obviously. The garnish is chopped feta and black olives. Unconventional, but it works.
