A 'so, so' photography day!

You should be grateful that I didn't go with the swollen ankle pic! I have been really, quite (excessively) whingey about it all!  Such a small thing to have such a large impact.  Ah well, I'll try to move on..
It has been a good day really(!) we did some de-cluttering and tidying/cleaning this morning.  We had been living with some broken drawers in the bathroom that meant clothes and toiletries were spilling all over the landing plus books and general mayhem, so today we took charge and removed the broken things, went to the tip and then moved furniture around so it was making more sense and cleaned behind where things had been.. how does so much dust get behind things.. my theory is dust is very intrepid, pushing the boundaries of discovery etc.  If only we could communicate with it to ask what it's found :-/
Other than that.. we went to the woods with Leo, had lunch and Mr KCNQ2Haiku popped to the cinema whilst I spoke to my mum and read my book a bit (and rested my sore ankle, yes I mentioned it again!!) then we had a video call with Ben to check in.  He's still doing so well, it's really beyond our expectations, he told us what he'd been up to and shared new things in the home, like a rocking chair that he proceeded to sit in and the rest of the call swayed back and forth until we could only see his feet! Again, just like Thursday, he turned us off when he was finished with us, not at all bothered, really lovely to see him feel so confident in that environment.. Then we took Older Teen out for a drink and back home for tea and waiting for the Tour de France highlights to be released for the day!
