Water Regatta.

It was the town's annual Regatta and unfortunately the heavens gave us more of said H2O than needed. Some events were rescheduled or cancelled, although competitors and spectators made the most of the event.
My favourite was the homemade cardboard boats that, at the end, battle it out to last boat floating.
