Rain again

Woke to rain.  Managed to get the hound in the  garden but he refused to relieve himself, instead desperate to retreat indoors.  Greyhounds don't like rain. 

More packing and between showers transferred three boxes to the garage.

Getting jittery that a) bottom of the chain will still be holding everyone up and b) will I get my quota of packing done.  I'm sure I will.  A good distraction tomorrow seeing bestie Anna for coffee.

In clearing a bookcase I found an envelope with photographs circa 1986 onwards.  They appear to be of two office leaving events or possibly one might be Christmas.  I have a very 1980s short haircut somewhere between Tracy Thorne and Sheena Easton, drop earring hoops, baggy jumper and cropped jeans sometimes distressed denim.  Working in the social services offices meant we could be fairly casual and comfortable.
