The Womans Tonic

Drove to Roy, Utah today to visit a good friend. As we left Logan we passed this barn. Not sure what the woman’s tonic was but I’m sure it cured everything. In the extras is a plaque with the story and history of Dr. Pierce and his tonic. 

Had a good visit with my friend.  She’s doing great, she was a teacher of mine in high school. We have become very good friends over the years. She has been a mentor and big Sis to me throughout my life. 

We then visited Mom’s gravesite in Hooper, did some trimming and cleaning. Then drove through my childhood neighborhood passed by my old house in Ogden. Always fun to reminisce. Suzie is good to listen to the same stories every time we visit. I was happy to see Mom’s house is being taken care of.

Now we’re back at the farm and I must do my evening chores before settling down.
