Domestic update and stickers are off!

Quiet day at home. Washing’s done, laundry basket empty. House is edging back towards normal. Just need to deep clean the van and put everything back where it came from. Then maybe clean the house too, but that feels a bit ambitious for a Sunday. I’ve got all week. No rush. Although we have done some pruning and dead heading around the garden.
Still enjoying not having to go to work though. Not sure that’ll ever get old. My old boss has already been on Facebook making jokes about me coming back. Not on your nelly Mrs... (not yet!)

Back to meal prepping. Made a cracking chilli yesterday, and a spaghetti dish from my new cook book — a Cacio e Pepe, dressed it up with cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of basil oil using the EV olive oil I brought back from Spain.
Might clean something tomorrow. Or not.
