WOOD

I purposely walked to the pedestrian bridge that traverses the railway line to find wood - I found wood underfoot and there was plenty of it.

Thanks for all the love for the final stitches on my quilt yesterday.  Very much appreciated.  I have posted an overhead shot of it in extras.
Also in extras is this morning's view from the balcony at 634am.  You can see the waning moon, Venus(?) to the right and a plane, further to the right,  that's no doubt heading north to warmer temperatures.

It's my son's 41st birthday today and I was trying to upload a photo taken on his second birthday but it's not happening.  Anyhow.  Happy birthday.
