Wood

Mono Monday’s theme is Wood.
This is our pile of old birch logs , weathering away down the end of the garden. Our newish clean  air rules dictate that wood must be well dried out before using on a log burner. 
Should be ok for this coming winter.

A week ago I mentioned our drought.
Today we had 6 plus mm of rain in a short downpour and our garage is a bit wet!
