Foraging

With Finnish forests comes a forest floor covered with wild blueberries, and right now the fruit is ripe.

So my hosts and I spent the morning foraging and quite quickly we had enough for a pie (see extra).  It tasted particularly delicious knowing each tiny berry had been hand picked
