Notes: Woke up still feeling very stiff in my back, hips and even seemed to travel some to shoulders and legs. Had coffee with Michelle and we watched a bit more of her NET vid and practiced a bit. Walked over to bank and mailed a letter in front of the Giant across the street (photo from there) - was still really stiff but made it back (not as crazy hot and was a nice breeze). Had a mushroom coffee a bit later and we warmed up more of the cobbler w/ ice cream. Mom called and let us know Dad's abdominal aneurysm had grown quite a bit and they are seeing a Dr Thurs to see what needs to be done, sounds like it could be a bit bad. I was feeling pretty tired and out of it and finally laid down and napped for over an hour. When I got up, still VERY stiff and decided to go for the Epsom bath - even tho hot summer days, needing some muscle relief. Went ahead and cleaned the tub and tiles again before Bonnie arrives on Thurs night. Michelle left a bit after 4p to play at Pickleballerz. I caught up on some vids until I realized it was 540p and warmed up a plate of leftovers - so good! One phone replacement and a case arrived from Amazon (not sure this is the one I'll keep as it's a Motorola and they don't seem very hardy and I've had too many drops out of the car to the pavement!). Michelle returned after 7p, later we watched a show and then did Essentrics (I did minimal movement hoping it would loosen my back & hips.)
