Hardy Plant

Well, hardy enough to survive my pruning anyway! This is a Hardy Fuchsia growing in Kevin’s garden. I like the color! There’s several beautiful roses which have also survived, but they get enough attention already!

I’m done with pruning now and have to concentrate on packing up the camper van ready for storage. Washed the clothes today and was able to line dry them as it stayed sunny all day, despite the forecast.

Tomorrow I will pack my suitcases and clean the van. We have two more nights to sleep in the van and then we will get up early on Thursday to wash and dry the sheets and towels. We’ll be using Kevin’s tumble dryer as we won’t have time to line dry them - sob!

Our last night in England will be in our usual hotel - “The Aviator”, which is close to Heathrow and has become a bit of a habit now.

Kevin came home from work and cooked us a great dinner of pork chops with mushrooms and sweet potatoes in an aromatic gravy. I’m very grateful!
