Well over 81 degrees north

We are back on track after our diversion and it’s relatively good news about the medical emergency. Quite rightly, we don’t know and don’t want any details but the fact that the patient is now in hospital in Oslo is good news.

We’ve returned north and are hoping for a landing in Phippsoya ( and maybe a polar plunge) but nothing is certain or guaranteed.

It’s a lovely ship and even though I’ve opted for “green” today (I.e. no towels changed or cleaning) my cabin steward has put a little surprise on my window ledge.
