Kiwi

I had this idea at breakfast time thinking it might make a good TinyTuesday photo.  Then I thought I would look on the web to see if there is a ‘recognised way to eat a kiwi’?!   What a load of twaddle to say what I always do, cut it in half (cross ways) and eat it like a boiled egg.  I won’t put any links in.

I lost much of the day looking for possible repairs to our teli, it has developed a small bright spot, or ‘orb’ as these bright spots seem to be known.  The repair is very simple and virtually no cost.  Getting to the right bit of the teli to make the repair AND put it back together is a nightmare.  To many bits to take off and put back again.  To many connections to take apart and reconnect. Once upon a time I would have put a morning to one side, but now . . .

With the amount of work required to do the job it looks like a costly repair bill, but as I can’t find a local TV repair shop, repair may not be on the cards anyway.  Perhaps Currys.

So perhaps a replacement teli, or just monitor as we only use our Freesat or Freeview boxes anyway.  How comes that equivalent size monitors cost more than most TVs?   Doh!

Enough of boring you with that, and a quick thanks to JDO for hosting TinyTuesday this month.
