Paul, Hunter, Petunias.

The Feast Day of Saint Mary Magdalene.

Born 1st century, Magdala, Israel.
Died 1st century. Israel.
Status: Co Christ of her time alongside Jesus Christ, according to some sources.
Catholic tradition calls her The Apostle's Apostle. There is a gnostic Gospel of Mary Magdalene, not in the main Holy Bible
Patron saint of women, apothecaries, aromatherapists, converts, glovemakers, hairdressers,
perfumers, tanners.

It has been mixed weather, cloudy, showery and 21.9c but pleasantly cool.

I have been out for the Gardening News and i newspaper.

Later I watched online Mass, had breakfast and then went to put a few food items in the Parish Church foodbank.

I had been expecting a delivery of a St Benedict medal on a strong 22 inch chain, from Etsy and it had taken 2 weeks without it appearing. I messaged an email to
the seller and he suggested the postal service could have lost it and he was about to send a replacement.

Then the postman delivered it in the morning post. What a relief. So I contacted Fr Michel and told him not to post out another one. All good. The medal is perfect and the chain a good length.

The cats have been in and out today. The blip shows Paul letting Hunter out of the tilt and turn window.

Paul has worked tirelessly on The Victory ship model. It is strange how the painting instructions are different on the box compared to the written instructions. It is so intricate.

We watched Escape to the Country in West Wales. A couple wanted to move from Glastonbury. I would love to just visit it once!!

The schools will break up for the Summer holidays this week. That means they will enjoy playing games in the Close. We do have a good Green Flag Park, but the four Primary school boys love playing football at the front of our Close.

Take care blip friends and thank you for visiting my site today.
