Would you believe I keep bringing this stick back and she keeps throwing it back in the water?

What does she think I am, a retriever?

I like swimming though...

It is my birthday so I took a sneaky day off work (TOIL m'lord) and went to the Lido at Ilkley and enjoyed a picnic by the river. I took some jumping about in the water shots which I've put on flickr here, but I like the serenity of this and the sun on the water. Such a lovely face this gorgeous little beast has. It looks better large, but then what doesn't? (Don't answer that Cailleach!)

I wasn't saying she was cute when she headed-butted me in her desperation to kill a white van on the way there... funnily enough.
