After breakfast we drove to Malmesbury and met up with H and Arthur, who was playing with his friends in the church - run playgroup in the abbey.
We then set off for South Cerney, as we needed to move our bags to another room. Then after a snack lunch it was time to meet with the others. We waited at Kemble station for everyone to arrive and we set off for the Thames source. It was unspectacular as we knew, but good to see.
Then in a strange moment the consensus was that we should try and do a circular walk so we did about 6 miles back round to the station car park.
We ate in the Eliot Arms where we were staying and talked about our journey for the next day.
