Cricklade
Walked from Somerford Keynes to Cricklade, a pleasant walk but not spectacular. It was good to chat with the others along the way. When we arrived in Cricklade we had to go and collect the cars from the car park at the beginning of the walk, and then had a rest in the hotel before walking round the town. The blip is of an ancient 14th century cross in the church. Lovely town and the Thames runs through it and was used for glove making using local leather products.
In the evening after dinner we watched the England team beat Spain in the Euros Women’s tournament which was an exciting game and especially because England are now in the final.
