Transplant clinic in the morning. They're worried about my blood pressure. I told them no point taking it today because with all the recent stress I've had. I will find out my results tomorrow.

Got back in front of my desk to do very little. Lol! Had a quick catch up with my young padawan before I announced the news to my team. It went as well as could be expected.

I was about to go for my power ramble but then I had a call from our hr director. He spoke to me about a few things, one of them was whether it would be worth the clown speaking to my team to try and settle them down. I said it wouldn't work because they wouldn't believe a word that came from his mouth. And then the piece de resistance when it appears I scared him silly yesterday and he asked our hr director to ask me again to take this finance role. I said no. I find it so funny. He has no emotional intelligence at all.

Went for a good power ramble then.

Had a quick chat with my young padawan again to tell her the news. She was laughing.

Will be watching the women's football tonight to see who plays England on Sunday.
