A Long Way Out

Having dropped Sophie at school, we headed to Burnham, probably for the last time until September. We only think to go there as part of our routine with Sophie.

There were already a few families enjoying a beach holiday at the local Haven resort and people taking a walk along the beach to the lighthouse. As you can see, the sea was a long way out. In the far distance, the Welsh coastline was reasonably clear.
