Parting Gift

The boy’s mum sent me a lovely gift. I was very touched. The boy himself gave me a brief ‘bye’ when I left and carried on with his game.
I took the last of my resources and brought them home. Unfortunately the bottom dropped out of a big box of craft bits on the drive (see extra. )
Poppy’s on her way home from Amsterdam. I can’t wait to see her; communication has been virtually nil.
